Haobo Cui regards his creating process as a form of subconscious communication with his own body, where the artworks are the products of this exchange. He sees his body merely as a physical presence in this world, while there is a life form beyond human dimensions residing in his spirit and thoughts. He has been attempting to communicate with his higher-dimensional self, but this connection is sporadic. He only experiences intense sensations under specific circumstances.

 

"There's a force that intermittently tugs at my thoughts, I can't quite describe it. It's as if there's another life form, existing in a higher dimension within my subconscious, trying to convey something to me."

Haobo believes that this form of communication continuously strengthens his creative endeavors, time after time.
